I'm going to have to agree that my past is my past. It's none of my kid's business. I will keep them well informed on the evils of the world, but knowing what I was doing the third Friday night in June of 1989, would not be helpful. I've managed to go through life without knowing all the boo-boos my parent's made. I still don't know details. As I've grown and matured, I've seen their flaws, but I can't imagine knowing any lurid details of anyone I know and respect, and how that would be helpful. ( I mean, I wish I didn't know that Mel Gibson went on a racial tirade-It'll never be quite the same as before I knew) Making me more human will not help them to become a better one...in my opinion.

Okay. So, just what were you doing on that third Friday in June, 1989? Hmmmm?? Something salacious, no doubt!

C'mon. Details. Give!

Ah, if only we had impeccable pasts then this would be a moot discussion...
