GRITS; Girls Raised In The South

I've noticed some of the posters here are from the South or live in the South.

I picked up GRITS Friends Are Forevah (yes, an "h"), A Southern-style Celebration of Women by Deborah Ford in the bargain section at B&N a few weeks ago and have just started it.

I'm not from the South, but I must have been in a past life. I'm really relating to the stories. And I've always loved Southern food - grits, bisquits & gravy, etc. And who can live without peach cobbler.

It's a fun book. With funny and heart-warming stories.
