Good TV to me is non-sensationalized programming. I know, the TV execs would just as soon quit their jobs before they would consider putting some programming on that didn't have some far-out theme. I like shows that take me away from reality rather than involve me in it. |

A agree Nikki. I don't get to watch a ton, but I probably watch more than I should. Some of my favorite shows are: LOST (though my patience is waning), House, Smallville and Ugly Betty. Usually my tv time is dedicated to mets games. :-) |

I intensely dislike the fact that MLB forces you to buy all games at an exorbitant cost. If they would provide me the opportunity for Mets games only at about 1/3 the cost, I'd do it. Oh, and my cable provider does not have EI, anyway. I will be moving in about a year. When I get there, I will give serious consideration to satellite TV, reporting a NY zip code, so that I can get NY locals and SNY. I'll pass on YES unless it is part of a sports package that I have to get to be able to see SNY. Until them, its XM for me. |

I heard that you could do that with the NY zip code, eye. Don't they send your bill up there then?? sounds like a good work around though. And yeah, MLB.tv is a bit of a rip off. But I guess it was just worth it for me. I would get the whole season all access pass. Not bad for a hundred bucks. If you watch the games it works out to be like $0.62 per game. Not to mention the condensed games and highlight reels and the other bells and whistles. I was one of the first users too, so I had a built in discount that carried over for the three years I used it. Now that I'm back in Jersey I wouldn't dream of buying it though. |

My wife loves Dog the Bounty Hunter. I don't get the draw myself... If these guys were in my town growing up, they would be laughed at and ridiculed to know end as pretenders and wanna-bes. They dress up like S.W.A.T. and run around with paint ball guns. Kind of silly... but if the wife likes.. we watch. |

You can have separate billing and service addresses. It happens for real all the time. A subscriber summers in NY and winters in FLA. They take their box with them to Florida, get billed in FLA, but maintain their NY service address. Also, some people have satellite in their mobile homes, traveling around the country, but maintaining a stationary service address. I tried mlb.tv when it first came out. I was unimpressed. And, again, I have a problem with paying for ALL games, when 1/15th of them will suit me just fine. I would expect to pay more than 1/15th, but will wait until they offer a more targeted package for less money. |

Good TV is non-reality shows. I watch the news or look around when I'm driving if I want reality. I'm going to miss Gilmore Girls, now that it's done. My hubby and I are into Gray's Anatomy. My hubby never watched Friends when it was on, so now we're watching the DVD from Blockbuster. I'm hooked on Army Wives. Gotta love Roxy. I like The Closer, but keep missing it. |

| I'm looking forward to the new sitcom with Kelsey Grammar (Frasier) and Patricia Heaton (Everbody Loves Raymond). Looks like it may be fun to watch. |

Top Ten Favorite TV Shows, Right Now: Big Love (HBO) Gene Simmons Family Jewels (married to a KISS ARMY member) The Andy Griffith Show Leave It To Beaver Dead Famous (Biography Channel, cheeseball but engrossing) Okay, I could only come up with five. Don't watch much tv, but addicted to DVR. No more commericals. Woo-Hoo! Oh, and MASH...the Henry Blake Years. Bring back 'Fernwood Tonite!' |

I can go for days without watching TV. I actually find myself laughing more at commercials (Geico cavemen, Comcast, Burger King) than sitcoms. It seems to me that comedies have gotten lamer and commercials have drastically improved over the past five years. "House MD" is my favorite show, but I refuse to watch it until each season is released on DVD so I can see it in one marathon sitting. I also like CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, by far the slickest and most fun of the franchise. |

My most recent favorite is "Ice Road Truckers" on the History channel. I think what these guys do is amazing. You wouldn't catch me driving on an ice road with up to 65K pounds loaded on a truck. |

My favorite tv is anything that is really funny. I love having a good laugh the feew time i get to watch tv. Shows that aren't just your half hour sit coms that i like are probably House m.d., mythbusters, and i used to love Traveler but i missed too many episodes to follow it and the same goes with Prison Break. Of course when soccer is on I watch it. |

Is anyone watching Saving Grace on TNT? Comes on after The Closer. I'm enjoying it. And I missed The Closer, again. There is an encore presentation (I hope) tonight. Hopefully, I won't forget. Just wrote post-it not to self. Hubby should be picking up DVR today or tomorrow. Only an additional $12.95 per month and with changing my package (or bundling it) it turns out it will only increase my bill by $6.00 a month. No more missing my shows. Yippeeeee!!!!! :P |

Way to go, Goofball! That's good news. No, I haven't watched Saving Grace yet. I may give it a shot though. I believe we'll be watching last night's The Closer, tonight. Looking forward to it. The program description looked very interesting..... |

Next weeks show looks really interesting. I think she gets shot or shot at, per the previews I saw last night. I like Saving Grace. The first show was too graphic on the sex, so I sent them an email. I haven't seen anymore, just the hint that she had sex. But last night there was a lot of cussing. And Earl the angel, just cracks me up. (Kind of like Michael, the angel that John Travolta played in the movie.) |
