If the board disappeared from view for an hour, it is just because we changed our provider of domain name services. Look for the all-new eye95.com, coming soon. This board will become a subfeature of that site.
We hope you enjoy your visit.

You're currently viewing our forum as a guest. This means you are limited to certain areas of the board and there are some features you can't use. If you join our community, you'll be able to access member-only sections, and use many member-only features such as customizing your profile, sending personal messages, and voting in polls. Registration will allow you to join in the discussion which is amazingly free of personal rancor and trolls!

We are currently looking for posters from both the left and the right who have a demonstrated capacity to discuss fervently without letting personalities get in the way. Is that you? We need more staff.

Civility is undergoing a rebirth of sorts, with many new members having found us through Dr. Laura's blog.

We really want this experiment to work. We want heated but civil debate (and a few other fun things) to last this time. To that end, I want to make sure that we have a structure here that caters to our poster's need to express their valuable ideas. The current structure is pretty much the one we started with and probably needs to change.

So, please, use the suggestion area to let us know what you want from this site. We will make incredible efforts to accommodate as many suggestions as is feasible.

The skin for this site is kinda plain, too. If anyone would like to spiff it up, let us know. Within reason, we will give you a free hand.

Anyway, the staff at Civility cannot make this place work. We can facilitate, but we need your help to make the dream happen. Please, pitch in.
